Website showed item out of stock, I inquired via chat about when it would be back in stock and within 30 minutes the found parts and made out available. Once received it worked and fit perfectly making my old ratchet functional again. Spend a little to fix old stuff because it’s better quality than anything you can buy today.

Ordered this repair set on February the 18th label was created on the 19th. The mail service didn't have it in their possession till the 27. It was originally supposed to arrive on the 26. I called and emailed to check status no return info from vendor or return phone call. Finally showed up on March 2nd. The part fit great and the rachet is like new. Just wanted to say it may take a while or they possibly forgot to ship in my case all this being said usps sucks at updating shipping info in all great experience. I did receive a response from this review .
Parts were exactly as advertised and they allowed me to refurbish my ratchet good as new. No regrets.

I bought this to repair my almost 40 year old ratchet innards. I reused my metal selector lever, although I’m sure the plastic one would have been fine. The ratchet works like new again!
